DISCIPLINE: Yang Yoga, Restorative

WHAT TO EXPECT: Rosie started practicing yoga ten years ago, and in 2020 completed her first 200hr teacher training with Yoga on the Lane. She teaches mindful, breath-led Vinyasa to students of all levels, honouring the strengths and limitations of bodies of all types. Alongside teaching yoga Rosie is also a published novelist — using language to guide her students into their bodies is one of the great joys she has discovered through teaching.
