If you’re new to BLOK, stay after class to talk to your instructor about which BLOK classes would be most suitable for your needs, benefits of cross discipline training, and the BLOK offering.

Build cardio fitness and flexibility with a class, split 50/50 between HIIT and stretching. Your session will start with a 30 minute high intensity, high impact workout and once your muscles are warm, we will take it down to the floor for a 20 minute static stretch. 

This is very much a developmental class and you can expect to see and feel your progress week by week.
